Mentor Program

The MDI High School Mentorship Program is an opportunity for the grades to connect and create relationships, with accepted Junior and Senior members of our community mentoring and guiding assigned sophomores or freshmen who have shown interest. Engaging in activities that range from modeling positive behavior to building your own personal power and self esteem, this mentorship program is a chance to guide others, sharing your experiences and wisdom to help underclassmen navigate the challenges that come with entering high school.

Due to the nature of this program, training will be required for all those who have been accepted into the program. A three hour long training broken into three days, members will learn of both physical and emotional boundaries, potential activities, safety protocols, and most importantly how to have fun.
